Health Care Power of Attorney Workshop
In Partnership with Southern Nevada Senior Law Program

Any seniors, 60 and over, are invited to take advantage of meeting with an attorney to create a Health Care Power of Attorney at no cost, to express medical wishes, should you be hospitalized.

Each appointment will take approximately 1 hour. SPACE IS LIMITED and requires that an appointment be booked for 1pm, 2pm, or 3pm.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please call Jo-Ann Fuscarino at Southern Nevada Senior Law Program at 702-329-2190 (Monday-Thursday, 7:15am-4:45pm) to reserve your spot.

All sign-ups are on a first come first serve basis. You must sign up before 4 pm on October 16, 2026.
